Start your new fitness regimen with an initial evaluation by Dr. Emma. With her 15+ years of experience as a track and field coach, personal trainer, and physician she will complete an initial evaluation to identify ways that exercise can improve your health and life. She will evaluate your basic health and fitness level during this session so come prepared for a workout! After the initial visit, you will receive a personalized workout plan for the next 4 weeks. This workout plan includes flexibility, strength training, cardiovascular, and balance exercises aimed at meeting your health and wellness goals. This does not include one-on-one personal training sessions. Regular exercise can improve mood, support weight loss, decrease risk of chronic illness and disease, and improve athletic and physical performance. Have an upcoming event, competition, or family reunion you would like to prep for? Dr. Emma can create a fitness regimen aimed at getting all things toned and prepped in time for you to shine. Once you receive your personalized workout plan from Dr. Emma, if you want more one-on-one support, you can also sign up for monthly, bi-monthly, or weekly personal training sessions which are set up to provide direct virtual instruction from the comfort of your own home. You are free to cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hrs in advance. Any later than 24 hrs and you will be charged a fee up to the cost of the service.
