After completing your initial fitness evaluation with Dr. Emma you can sign up for personal training sessions. These sessions are 45-minutes long and virtual, meaning that you can complete them from virtually anywhere you have internet connectivity. Your training sessions can be weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly. We work together to complete your individualized workout plan created by Dr. Emma based on your health and wellness goals. This workout plan includes flexibility, strength training, cardiovascular, and balance exercises aimed at meeting your health and wellness goals. Some exercise equipment that can be incorporated into workouts include dumbbell, bands, yoga, and Peloton or other fitness equipment. Personal training and regular exercise can improve mood, support weight loss, decrease risk of chronic illness and disease, and improve athletic and physical performance. You are free to cancel or reschedule your session up to 24 hrs in advance. Any later than 24 hrs and you will be charged a fee up to the cost of the service.
